Follow the steps below to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on Taka1:

1. After logging in, click the profile icon in the top right corner
2. Open "Account Settings" or "Security Settings"
3. Select the "Two-Step Verification" or "Enable 2FA" option
4. A verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number — enter the code to proceed
5. Once activated, you'll need to enter both your password and a one-time OTP sent to your mobile each time you log in.

With 2FA enabled, even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without your mobile device. It's the strongest protection for your account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. KYC is mandatory to make withdrawals on taka1. Required documents:

• National ID Card (NID) – photo of both front and back
