1General Terms & Conditions

Taka1 (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "Taka1") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of Taka1's website taka1.app and its mobile application.

By registering on Taka1 or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Taka1. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Taka1 reserves the right to verify your age at any time.

One Account Only

Only one account may be registered per person, household, address, or device. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Taka1 reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time.

• Personal Email Address
• Date of Birth (accurate)

3Deposit & Payment Methods

Taka1 supports multiple payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and USDT. Minimum deposit amount is ৳50.

Deposit Process

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts will not be accepted.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 3–5 minutes.
• If a delay occurs due to a technical issue, please contact Taka1 support.

4Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount on Taka1 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Withdrawal Terms

1. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
2. Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit, where possible.
3. The applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
4. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Taka1 offers a range of bonuses — including a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and more. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x–30x).
• Time Limit: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonuses may not be applicable to specific games.
• Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet amounts from bonus balance are limited.
• Multiple Bonuses: Multiple bonuses may not be active simultaneously.

Any attempt to fraudulently obtain bonuses will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and may lead to account closure.

6Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on Taka1, it generally cannot be changed. If the Cash Out feature is available, a bet may be partially or fully closed under specific conditions.

If a Match is Cancelled or Abandoned

If a match is cancelled, the stake is generally refunded. However, if certain parts of a specific market have already been settled, those bets will stand. Taka1 reserves the final decision on all bet settlements.

Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent changes to the odds will not affect already confirmed bets.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Taka1:

• Betting against your own bets (arbitrage betting)
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs for personal gain
• Bonus Abuse via Multiple Accounts
• Accessing Another User's Account
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to influence the outcome of a game
• Using automated software or bots to place bets

8Account Suspension & Closure

Taka1 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Where there is clear evidence of a terms violation
• If evidence of false identity or fraudulent information is found
• In Cases of Suspicious Financial Activity
• If evidence of account use by a minor is found
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months+)

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. If closed due to unlawful activity, the balance may be forfeited.

9Responsible Gaming Provisions

Taka1 believes gaming is for entertainment — not a solution to financial problems. We care about the mental and financial well-being of our members.

Self-Control Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a maximum time limit for continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 7 days and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently deactivate your account.

10Changes & Updates to Terms
